What began over four decades ago as a modest diamond trading operation has transformed into a vertically integrated global jewellery enterprise. From polishing diamonds and manufacturing fine jewellery to refining gold, every step of the process is managed in-house with an unwavering commitment to quality and integrity.
Our physical presence spans the globe, with dedicated sales offices in Belgium, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Thailand, UAE, and the USA, and manufacturing facilities located in China, India, and Thailand. This international reach, combined with deep industry expertise, has positioned us as a trusted name in the jewellery sector.
The Birth of Ktech Ventures
In 2019, driven by a desire to diversify and explore new-age, high-growth opportunities aligned with our values, we established our family office—Ktech Ventures. What began as a discovery exercise soon evolved into a focused and dynamic investment platform. Today, our portfolio includes over 25 private unlisted investments and an actively managed pool of listed equities. Our thesis is clear: we back fundamentally sound companies with strong long-term tailwinds and scalable potential.
Investment Philosophy

Our First Venture - Back to Operations
With years of investment experience under our belt, we felt it was time to return to our entrepreneurial DNA. Our first operational venture is an exclusive distribution partnership with Super Us to bring ESL (Electronic Shelf Label) products by E-Ink to the Indian market—a move that reflects our interest in scalable, tech-driven solutions.
